AEGEAN ISLANDERS CONDEMN VERBALITY & VIOLENCE

We were all - Greeks and all our Global visitors - shocked and negatively surprised by the "limited-to few" incidents of vilolence and criminal behaviour that took place in certain world-famous & favourite to Tourism Greek-Aegean Islands (Myconos - Santorini - Zakynthos - Krete). We were astonished watching the young Australian visitor's father, coming in Greece to escort his dead body back to his country, but the same time giving hope and humanitarian high-level values - offering a part of his organs, and asking not to condemn all Greeks as major responsibles for his son's loss.

But what is our own originated and back to our thousands-years History and proven behaviour, is that we Greek Islanders HAVE NEVER BEEN violent and verbal in our everyday behaviour. Our civilization roots and the open of our character, having to do that we live under this marvelous Sun and clear our minds among the perfect Blue of the Aegean Sea and the numerous wind breezes that sweep away anything filthy and dirty, as well as dealing with a huge range of physically coloured places - like the pattern of the Greater Painter, HIMSELF the God - we prefer to get over any difficulty and go on with living , even with the problems that occur, with dignity - passionate struggle - optimistic prospects and even having fun and dancing - singing instead of making our mood bad and low-tempered our behaviour.

I can assure you that all of us have long before condemned such criminal actions or even verbal behaviours - that for the record come "imported" by internationally spread criminality forms- and we will do more in future. We hate to treat ANY HUMAN badly or injustice, but we will be strict and mercy-less to those that try to change our beliefs and tradittional values (kept high in thousands of years).

So do not hesitate and grab our hands together with anyone of you that wants Greek Aegean Islands as clear and funny as ever and without any fear for anyone's life or self-protection. We are here to stay with you and go on with our lives with hundreds of years later and will not bend-over in the crashing habits of bad-modern minorities.
